Our Customer First Plumbing Inspection is an exclusive program we began in 1999 to ensure that our homeowners enjoy the plumbing in their new home.

Our program consists of a series of comprehensive checks and tests that are performed just prior to your walk through date.  This includes the inside fixtures as well as your outside sewer lines.

We believe your time is precious and when you take a vacation day you actually are enjoying your vacation.  We don’t feel that you as a Homeowner should have to give up a day off work because we didn’t do our job right. 

By doing extensive research, we’ve discovered that the average number of call backs relating to plumbing is 3 plus calls per home.  We at Brewer are proud of the fact that we have reduced this number to less than 1 call per home.  That’s a reduction of 33 percent.
